Skills Coach

MTD Training, an OFSTED-rated Good provider of apprenticeships, is looking for an experienced Skills Coach to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be highly competent in management/leadership and project management (minimum of 3 years required), experienced in coaching individuals or teams and will hold a teaching qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/D33 and a Level 5 management qualification is also desirable).

A background in L&D, experience of working with people with Special Educational Needs or disabilities, experience in teaching Maths and English up to Level 2 and a working knowledge/understanding of safeguarding is also desirable.

  • Responsible for the support and development of a caseload of up to 40 learners.
  • Monthly remote coaching visits with learners.
  • Accurate and timely evidence documentation using our e-learning platform.
  • Input into curriculum design and programme building.
  • Support towards learners completing Maths and English Functional skills.
  • Uphold MTD’s core values including the Prevent agenda, British values, and our commitment towards the safeguarding of our learners.

Head Of Partnership Development

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Partnership Development to join the MTD Training Group.

The role’s purpose is to develop partnerships for MTD’s products and services that include reseller, affiliate, joint venture and distribution partnerships.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners
  • Manage potential partner leads to a conclusion including negotiating contracts
  • Oversee the onboarding of new partners, including liaising with their technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth integration
  • Support all partners in their sales efforts including attending sales calls with major potential end customers
  • Maintain and actively manage all partners sales pipeline.
  • Creating and processing client terms/contracts
  • Conducting weekly and thorough follow up of existing clients/pipeline via SalesForce CRM reports
  • Conducting monthly, quarterly and annual account management
